This project consisted of the erection of two fully detached 4 bedroom houses along with a double garage with each of them. Both houses are almost identical, the only slight difference being that one has a bay window in the kitchen. The kitchen and living room can be found on the ground floor along with a W.C. There is also an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor with a separate entrance from outside. On the first floor there is one en-suite master bedroom, a W.C and two other bedrooms. There is oak flooring throughout the ground floor and each house has its own multi fuel stove fitted. The facade of each house is clad entirely with stone. The garages were clad with 150mm x 22mm Siberian Larch with a 38mm x 45mm cover strip over every joint.
